Dan’s construction experience and eye for detail are at the very foundation of his approach to home inspections. Knowledge is power and the more clients know about the home, the more comfortable they are in their decision-making process.
Originally from southern New England, Dan relocated to Durham, NC in 2009. An active musician, Dan has been performing throughout Durham and surrounding areas, and is currently recording new music to be released in summer 2022.
